Teens and pre-teens have a lot going on. Parents.  Do I fit in? Grades, pressure to be cool, pressure to try tobacco, alcohol, drugs,and sex, body changes.    Stress! 

Take a minute and think about what causes you stress.
Stress is the way our bodies and minds react to life changes.  Is all stress bad?  No.  There is good stress and bad stress, our thoughts determine if we experience good stress or bad stress.

Too much stress can have a negative affect on one's body, mind, and feelings.
